Citizen Comments provide an opportunity for citizens to make comments and express a position on agenda items.

Resolution - Right-of-Way: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Special Warranty Deed and all related documents, associated with certain property which is more or less a 1.315-acre tract located in Section 5, Block B, Lubbock County, Texas, owned by the Lubbock Independent School District.
5. Resolution - Business Development: Consider a resolution authorizing a Construction and Funding Agreement with the City of Lubbock, Lubbock Experience, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and the Central Business District Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone (CBD TIF), a tax increment reinvestment zone created by the City pursuant to Chapter 311, Texas Tax Code, for the provision of funding for the construction of a Civic Park that will serve as a civic gathering space in Downtown Lubbock.
6. Resolution - Engineering: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement, Contract 16363, with Freese and Nichols, Inc., for engineering services related to the Unpaved Roads Improvements Projects.
7. Resolution - Engineering: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract 17088, with Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., for providing professional services for the reconstruction of 82nd Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard.
8. Resolution - Engineering: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to Cost Sharing and Payment Agreement 16181, with Ford Development Corporation, for roadway improvements along Ash Avenue, from 66th Street to South Loop 289.
