Resolution - Public Health Services: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Contract, No. HHS000779500004, under the Substance Use Disorder Treatment, to provide funding for Treatment Adult - Specialized Female Services, by and between the City of Lubbock, and the State of Texas acting by and through HHSC, and all related documents.

Resolution - Public Health Services: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Health and Human Services Commission Contract, No. HHS00079500006, under the Co-Occurring Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorders (COPSD) Grant Program, by and between the city of Lubbock, and the State of Texas Health and Human Services Commission, and all related documents.
12. Resolution - Public Health Services: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Memorandum of Understanding, HHS001323700001, regarding accessing the electronic health data through the Texas Syndromic Surveillance system, for the purpose of supporting public health syndromic surveillance, to protect the health of the citizens of Texas, by and between the City of Lubbock, and the State of Texas acting by and through DSHS, and all related documents.
