Contract Resolution - Public Works Engineering: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute unit price Contract 10387 with Lone Star Dirt and Paving, LTD, for the construction of the 34th Street Paving Improvement Project from Indiana Avenue to Avenue Q (US 84), BID 12-10387-RH.
Contract Resolution - Facilities: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute job order Contract 12-10553-JOC with Minnix Commercial Partners, LTD, for the installation of a security fence around the west radio tower.
Resolution - Civic Centers: Consider a resolution approving the recommendations from the Cultural Arts Grant (CAG) Review Committee and the Civic Lubbock, Inc., (CLI) Board of Directors for the second of two granting periods for the 2011 Cultural Arts Grant Program using Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) funds collected at the end of FY 2009-10.
Ordinance 2nd Reading - City Council: Ordinance 2011-O0129 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 16 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Lubbock, Texas, regulating parks and other public places; amending Chapter 16 with the regard to facilities permitting the consumption and/or sale of alcohol; providing a savings clause; and providing for publication.
