Public Hearing 6:30 p.m. - Planning: Conduct a public hearing and consider a petition for annexation from Real Property Resources and KPA Ministries, Inc. to annex a parcel approximately 80 acres adjacent to the City limits north of 130th Street (FM 1585) east of Flint Avenue.
Resolution – Public Works Water Resources: Consider a resolution approving the Texas Instruments Incorporated application to the City of Lubbock for a Municipal Settings Designation (MSD) and supporting the same MSD application to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for property located at 2301 North University Avenue, Lubbock, Texas, more particularly described as a 203.377 acre tract of land located in Tract A of the Texas Instruments Additions, Lubbock, County, Texas.

Initial report by the Oil and Gas Citizen Advisory Committee regarding its current and future activities, in order to analyze both the current methods of exploration, development, and production of oil and gas, including methods of hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling, within the City, and the necessary regulatory amendments to the current oil and gas ordinance and the permitting process.
