Resolution - Councilman Todd Klein: Consider a resolution for and on behalf of the City a Dedication Deed in connection with certain real property as described therein, and all related documents, to dedicate said real property as a City of Lubbock Park, and to name said park property "The Timothy Cole Memorial Park."
Resolution – Public Works Engineering: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement whereas the City of Lubbock wishes to accept transfer of State’s rights, title, interest, maintenance and jurisdiction of the roadways listed in the Lubbock Urban Street Turn Back Program.
