Resolution – Water Resources: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for the continued purchase of water to supply the John Montford Prison Unit from the City’s potable water system.
Resolution - Community Development: Consider a resolution authorizing the approval of funding recommendations proposed by the Community Development and Services Board (CDSB) for FY 2015-16. The funding sources originate from United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).
