Resolution - City Manager: Consider a resolution approving and confirming the appointment of Lance Phelps as Fire Chief of the City of Lubbock.
Resolution - Mayor: Consider a resolution urging the selection of the City of Lubbock as the host community for the 2020 Can-Am Police-Fire Games.

Budget Amendment Ordinance 1st Reading - Finance: Consider Budget Ordinance Amendment 2 amending the FY 2015-16 budget for municipal purposes respecting the General Fund to increase Health Department Miscellaneous Fee revenue; providing for filing; and providing for a saving clause.
Resolution - Public Works Engineering: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the construction of Erskine Street from Texas Tech Parkway to North Indiana Avenue.
