3. 2. Budget Amendment Ordinance 1st Reading - Finance: Consider Budget Ordinance Amendment 12 amending the FY 2015-16 budget for municipal purposes respecting the Capital Program to amend Capital Improvement Project (CIP) 92248, Street Maintenance Program; and respecting the General Fund to increase the transfer to CIP; providing for filing; and providing for a savings clause.

9. Resolution – Public Works: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Developer Agreement 12712 for construction of a portion of 66th Street and associated drainage and sanitary sewer improvements, between the City of Lubbock and Milwaukee, LTD.

11. Resolution - Facilities: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute contract 12326 with VANIR Construction Management, Inc. for the construction management services relating to the Citizen Tower, City Hall Renovations and new Public Works facility, RFQ 15-12326-MA.

12. Resolution - Information Technology: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute purchase order contract 364185 with Dell Marketing LP, for the purchase of equipment to upgrade the storage area network and enclosures for the Data Center.

14. Ordinance 1st Reading – Environmental Health: Consider an ordinance amending Article 8.16 of the Code of Ordinances for the adoption of the Texas Food Establishment Rules, permitting food establishments and the certification of food managers.

15. Resolution – Police: Consider a resolution authorizing the Chief of Police to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a Violent Offender Task Force (VOTF) by and between the City of Lubbock and the United States Marshals Office.

10.
