Budget Amendment Ordinance 1st Reading - Finance: Consider Budget Ordinance Amendment 35 amending the FY 2015-16 budget for municipal purposes respecting the Grant Fund to accept and appropriate funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)/Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) for the Public Assistance Subgrant; accept and appropriate additional funding from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Grant; providing for filing; and providing for a savings clause.

11. Resolution - Fleet Services: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute contract 12842 with Lubbock Wrecker Service, Inc. for Heavy Duty Towing Services, ITB 16-12842-SS.
12. Resolution - Health: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute contract 2016-001290-00 for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Medicaid Provider Agreement, and any associated documents by and between the City of Lubbock and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
13. Resolution - Community Development: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment 1 to the Community Development Funding Agreement based on the recommendations made by the Community Development Services Board (CDSB) to reallocate unspent Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds administered by U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to Volunteer Services Council of the Lubbock State Supported Living Center.
