6. Ordinance 2nd Reading - Planning: Consider Ordinance No. 2016-O0169 amending the Oil and Gas Drilling Ordinance, to repeal the provision for the oil and gas advisory review committee, and amending the remainder of the ordinance to remove the references to said committee.

Resolution - Right-of-Way: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a monitoring well permit to Reagor Dykes Auto Company, L.P., for an alley right-of-way monitoring well permit located in the alley south of Lot 20, Block 133, Original Town of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, 1005 Broadway Avenue.

Resolution - Health Department: Consider a resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of Lubbock to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Lubbock and the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to allow access to the Texas Syndromic Surveillance system for the purpose of monitoring the health of the community.

15. Resolution - Fleet Services: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Purchase Order Contract 31030306 with Kinloch Equipment and Supply, Inc., for the purchase of one (1) 2016 Elgin Street Sweeper.
