Resolution - Mayor Pro Tem Karen Gibson: Consider a resolution to amend the current electric tariff and rate structure of Lubbock Power & Light with respect to fees assessed in connection with agreed payment plans, including the waiver thereof under certain circumstances.
1.1. Consider and take action to rescind, delay, or otherwise amend the electric rate changes as previously adopted by the Lubbock City Council in Resolution No. 2013-R0153 on May 9, 2013. 1.3. Discuss the FY2013-2014 budget for Lubbock Power & Light, the billing, collection, and other business practices of Lubbock Power & Light, as well as the exercise of City Council authority under Articles IX and XII of the City Charter vis-à-vis Lubbock Power & Light.
