7. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Resolution 2022-09 relating to the proposed Program of Projects (POP) to support the FY 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for roadway and transit projects and advance to the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for action.
8. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Resolution 2022-08 relating to the FY 2023 - 2032 10-year plan for roadway projects and advance to the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC) for action.
9. Reports: 2023 U.S. Department of Transportation budget summary USDOT overview of new Transportation Alternatives-Set Aside guidance American Airlines considering buses as flights Class I Rail Carloads Carried and Carloads by Commodity Statewide focus meetings regarding Senate Bill 1308 (87th legislature) U.S. 82 Corridor Study Monthly financial report
