8. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Resolution 2024-10 amending the Title VI Plan by adding a contact link for Federal Highway Administration to facilitate complaint monitoring and disposition.

9. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Resolution 2024-08 approving the 2025/2026 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) advancing it to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for action.

10. The Lubbock Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) will provide an opportunity for public comment regarding the Lubbock Metropolitan Planning Organizations Public Participation Plan (PPP).
