7. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding a proposed Interlocal Governmental Cooperative Agreement between the South Plains Association of Governments (SPAG) and the Lubbock Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) to provide professional consulting services and technical assistance to SPAG in order to develop a regional travel demand forecast for the SPAG region and advance it to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for action.
8. Receive a follow-up report on the development of the Transportation Resiliency Improvement Plan (TRIP). No action will be taken.
9. Convene into Executive Session in accordance with Texas Government Code §551.074 to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee: (Lubbock MPO Director).
10. Reconvene into open meeting and take action on Agenda Item 9, if necessary.
